Last week, La Comarca Meats has exhibited at the 49th edition of FOODEX JAPAN 2024, highlighting our expertise in offering top quality meat products, as a result of the complete control of our production chain.
From 5 to 8 March, when exhibiting at the world’s leading food industry event, we highlighted how our total traceability and commitment to excellence put us at the forefront of the industry, in perfect harmony with the spirit of innovation and sustainability at FOODEX this year.
The main theme of this edition of FOODEX Japan was “The Total Food Solution”. Recent market developments have been reviewed, where frozen foods and food technologies, including alternative foods, have been gaining popularity due to socio-environmental changes and environmental sustainability considerations.
In addition, on our first day at the fair we were visited by Luis Alberto Marín, Minister of Economy, Finance, and Enterprise of the Region of Murcia, as well as representatives of regional business associations, such as Regional Confederation of Business Organizations of Cartagena (COEC) and Regional Confederation of Business Organizations of (CECLOR), members of the Chambers of Commerce of Murcia and Lorca and representatives of the scientific-technological field.
From this experience we can make a very positive balance. Our expectations have been fulfilled, having pleasant meetings with our customers and bringing La Comarca Meats closer to Japan.
