After exhaustive quality and safety controls, La Comarca Meats facilities obtain new international quality certifications through the IFS and BRC seals.

The IFS Food and BRC Food (British Retail Consortium) standards regulate the application of international quality and food safety standards in the food sector, including suppliers, processors and various agents in the production chain. Through these certifications, various aspects that influence food quality and safety are controlled, such as the commitment of senior management, risk assessment, analysis of possible hazards, quality management and good manufacturing practices.

Since the beginning of our activity, the new facilities of La Comarca Meats follow national, European and international quality and safety standards in the traceability of products, maintaining full control of the production chain and reinforcing our commitment to high technology in the facilities and the talent and experience of our professionals. Thanks to this work, we added two more new certifications that support our commitment to the quality of our products.

Recently, our facilities were also certified to import pork to the Asian market, specifically to China, where we have already started our commercial activity and where the first shipments of meat have already been sent.
